The anarchists are correct about there being no legitimate power in the world in which we inhabit. All of these political constructs are authoritarian, are violent, because they are all made of people in suits and uniforms who believe their property, titles, and decorations give them the right to use violence to compel the obedience of others, to decide who lives and who dies. Until people, everywhere, are willing to confront that violence militantly this world will never change.
Laws, constitutions, treaties, they are all meaningless. You have only the rights that they give you in any given moment. Your life means only as much to them as they can extract from it, and nothing more. The rules exist to restrain you, not them, and the education they give you exists to support those rules, to prohibit you from imagining something better and exercising the courage to achieve it.
Anything being imposed upon you that you didn’t explicitly agree to is a form of violence. You are under no ethical or moral obligation to accept it. If someone, however kindly, attempts to compel your cooperation without your consent, that person is using violence against you, that person is your enemy, and so is the system that they represent. If it were otherwise we would be living sustainably together in peace. Those who want that dream must be willing to create it themselves.
