I believe it is time for a no-fly zone to be imposed over Israel, Gaza, and the West Bank, and for UN peacekeepers to be deployed throughout the region so that the ICC can conduct its investigations and so that aid can be delivered safely, and until this ethnic and sectarian violence can be dealt with peacefully and concluded diplomatically.
