I don’t have all the answers. I may not have any of the answers. Time will tell. But I do know that values should drive action, but action should be evaluated based upon outcomes. Based on long-term results, not how it ‘feels’ to participate in a particular action. Don’t kill your heart but don’t let it do the planning, either.
