2020 exists throughout all of time and space. You may think that you have escaped it by living or being born before or after 2020, but that, as Einstein would say, is simply a stubbornly persistent illusion. 2020 is always there, waiting. It is the Waffle House of temporal mechanics, ever-present and in a pocket universe of its own outside the mundane cosmos, and all dark closets and dread realms beneath beds lead there.
