The old lefty expression goes something like ‘solidarity is our strength.’ It doesn’t always feel that way, though, especially for small minorities, or minorities of one. As humanists and walking paragons, we’re supposed to always think and work from a place of positivity. But, let’s face it, we’re human. When things get tough, embrace the dark side. Think: ‘what could I do today to hurt evil as much as possible while staying true to my principles?’ And then do that. Fight joyfully, always.
