For my part, I will not be voting in the midterm elections.  First, I feel that I’ve done more than my fair share for justice and democracy.  It’s someone else’s turn, now.  I plan to spend the evening doing literally anything else.  I won’t even be following the results, because I do not care, because the elections are being meddled with and rigged by foreign interests, anyway, and because any candidate that can find a place on the ballot in the United States is plugged into the stateless capitalist machine of exploitation, dehumanization, and global destruction we colloquially call neoliberalism.  What’s that old expression?  The enemy doesn’t arrive by boat, he arrives by limousine?  So true.  Anyway, myself and so many others jumped up and down to warn you all about things like fascism and climate change, but you were too busy playing a rigged game that effectively ended a long time ago to pay attention.  So, enjoy the show, tomorrow, because that’s all it is.  You’re validating the mechanized process of your own destruction by signing off on someone else to represent what oppresses you.  Don’t forget to grab a sticker!
